工作职责:

1.1 结合集团人力资源发展战略,协助上级做好人力资源规划及推进人力资源事务支持工作。
Based on the Group's human resources development strategy, assist the superior in formulating HR plans and facilitating HR operational support.
1.2 为业务发展提供支持,应用各专业理论、方法、工具,提供全方位人力资源解决方案,包括招聘、员工关系、薪酬福利、绩效考核、培训发展等人力资源工作。
Leverage theories, methodologies, and tools across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, training & development and other HR functions to provide comprehensive HR solutions to support business growth.
1.3 通过与业务部门、HR部门各子职能团队之间高效的沟通与协作,充分了解业务部门需求,维护、使用各招聘渠道和招聘门户信息吸引目标人才,确保招聘工作高效进行。
Fully understand the hiring needs through efficient communication and collaboration with other function departments, maintain and use different recruitment channels to attract target talents, and ensure efficient recruitment.
1.4 高效地完成被委派业务部门的招聘任务,包括确认招聘需求,候选人搜寻,筛选,面试,聘用和入职等全流程管理,为用人部门提供招聘领域专业的建议与解决方案。
Efficiently complete the recruitment tasks of the hiring department, including the whole process management such as confirmation of recruitment needs, candidate search, screening, interview, offer and onboarding, and provide professional suggestions and solutions for the hiring department.
1.5 定期统计分析招聘数据,回顾日常工作的开展,对招聘工作及业务部门人员优化配置等方面提供建议,并采取相应行动。
Make regular recruitment data analysis, review daily work, provide suggestions on recruitment and optimization of personnel allocation of hiring departments, and take corresponding actions.
1.6 协助集团人力资源政策、制度、体系、重点项目在业务部门的落地与推动执行。
Assist in implementing and driving the execution of the Group's HR policies, systems, frameworks and key projects within business departments.
1.7 负责人力资源日常报表的统计、收集、分析等工作。
Responsible for the compilation, collection and analysis of daily HR reports.
1.8 根据业务所需,支持集团海外业务。
Support the Group's overseas business operations according to the business needs.
1.9 直属主管交办的其他事项与任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


任职资格:

2.1 人力资源、管理类相关专业,全日制本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management or related fields, with full-time academic qualifications.
2.2 3年以上人力资源工作经验,有生物医药行业背景优先。
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, candidate with biopharmaceutical industry background is preferred.
2.3 熟悉招聘、薪酬绩效、员工关系、组织发展等模块理论知识,了解人力资源相关法律法规。
Proficient in theoretical knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation & performance, employee relations, organizational development, and familiar with relevant HR laws and regulations.
2.4 较强的逻辑思路与学习能力,优良的执行力与团队合作能力。
Strong logical thinking, quick learner, excellent execution skills and teamwork spirit.
2.5 较强的沟通表达能力与书面撰写能力。
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and written skills.
2.6 英文可作为工作语言,有海外留学经验者优先。
Fluent in English as a working language, overseas study experience is a plus.
2.7 愿意接受挑战、具有较强的自我驱动力。
