
工作职责:
1. BD and Alliance Management activities 50%
1.1 Support the assessment of market dynamics and future landscape to evaluate the licensing opportunities of CARsgen and external assets.
1.2 Support the team to evalaute, negotiate and operate the BD transactions.
1.3 Support to mobilize internal resources to collaborate internally and with BD partners to complete relevant activities timely and with high quality.
1.4 Support the preparation of materials and presentations for external meetings/conferences.
1.5 Lead the business development discussion and negotiation for designated projects as appropriate.
1.6 Prepare and present the product and BD deck for external partners through 1 to 1 meetings or conferences.
1.7 Lead cross-functional team (Research, Clinical, CMC, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Quality, etc.) in running the periodic governance and business review meetings with alliance partners (JSC and the subordinate committees).
1.8 Ensure oversight of the agreement execution and improve the operation efficiency.
1.9 Identify risks and issues in the alliance with partners in early manner and obtain deep understanding of the needs of both partners; timely communicate the risks/issues with the management and propose solutions to mediate disputes
1.10 Performs periodic alliance health checks and negotiates through alliance related issues.
2. Corporate Strategic planning 30%
2.1 Support company level strategic planning activities that may cover corporate growth strategies, portfolio project planning, strategic investment analysis, company expansion and new business explorations.
2.2 Collaborate with different functions in China and U.S. to ensure strategy alignment and implementation.
2.3 Provide teams with new and innovative analytical tools to interpret data and make more informed allocation and investment decisions.
3. Portfolio planning and management 20%
3.1 Organize the portfolio planning process in the company and the portfolio review committee to facilitate the review and approval of pipeline products.
3.2 Conduct commercial analysis as appropriate for pipeline products at various stages.
3.3 Liaise with stakeholders in China and US to get regular update of project progress and track key timeline/risks/issues.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Science / Medical/ Biochemistry, MBA is a plus;
2. At least 5 years work experience in BD/alliance management/project management/marketing/consulting in healthcare industry;
3. Good planning and project management capability; negotiation and deal making experience is preferred;
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders;
6. Dedication and passion for creating impactful results;
